When the day ends and your children sleep peacefully, it is the time of the day you have for yourself to be selfish (in a good way). It is the time of day that when you can dream of doing a peaceful activity like yoga practice or take a hot shower. Since during day, there is no enough time to do the activities or perform yoga you may want to do, you can perform it in the middle of the night which will surely lead you to a sound sleep as well. Here are some positions that every mom needs at the end of the day.

1) Warriors Sequence

While stretching and strengthening your bodies breathing accompanied Ujjaji, you work your inner warrior in your ability to fight without violence. Holding each pose of warrior sequence for 5 to 10 slow, deep breaths grows your will and your strength to move forward with the best attitude.

2) Tree Pose

Breathing deeply and slowly for more than 5 breaths on each side of this asana in the posture of the tree reminds us of the balance between strength and flexibility. In this posture, practice brings patience, concentration and confidence in your personality as you envision maintaining the balance in your life between your role as mother, partner, homemaker, and all other things that moms do. This position also helps you to maintain balance physically for the times when you are working on, answering the phone and holding the baby at a time.

3) Lotus Posture

Sit comfortably in lotus or half-lotus position, close your eyes and visualize. So develop the habit of viewing your goals, your dreams and what you want to achieve as a person. Thank to all you have, all that you are and all that comes, and finally lie on the floor in Savasana for some time and now it is time to do absolutely nothing.
